IV&E Reports

19 new cases open since last report
July - 22 cases as of August 9, 2007
As of August 9, 2007, there were 7 with a total of 86 cases.

Motion made by Ann Tramontana to accept the Coordinator’s Report; seconded by Kathleen Smith-Bogan; approved unanimously.


E. Open Floor

Assistant Corporation Counsel Mike Wolak attended.

Lieutenant Peterson and Sergeant Melendez represented IV&E.

Chief Administrative Officer Robert Smuts informed the group that PERF will present its draft report to the Independent Accountability Panel on August 20th; the meeting is open to the public.
